This rare cartridge was in all probability designed by German Gunsmith Friedrich Jung for a Dr W. Hollenbach around 1900 and was still listed in the 1909 Peterlongo catalogue. It was a blackpowder loading but with the invention of smokeless propellant, these underpowered designs did not survive. (Dixon Ref. GSP35).
