This is a rare sporting cartridge that was virtually unknown until referenced in the 1977 catalogue by Anderhub J.B. – “Checklist of Metric Sporting and Schützen cartridges” The headstamp is faint but is the same N.v. DREYSE SÖMMERDA as listed also in the ECRA datebase. (Dixon Ref. GSP79).
