The Utendoerffer “c” type case shows the typical high shoulder of this ‘c’ case type. This was first shown in the Utendoerffer 1877 catalog where both “Bc” and “MBc” cases were shown. This was only produced by Utendoerffer and early MB examples with cases dated 1876 and 1877 exist. (Dixon MB61)
